ASL NA3 – Management of Extra-Company Funds
Our team developed a medical management system for ALSNA3 Sud, with the aim of monitoring patient requests and managing production bonuses. We followed the entire design process using Adobe XD, from UX flows to mockup creation and interface prototyping. The objective of the project was to enhance operational efficiency and transparency in the management of medical resources..Industry

Scope
In order to support the operational optimisation of ALSNA3 South, a medical management system was designed to handle patient requests and assign production bonuses. Our objective is to enhance internal efficiency and ensure greater transparency in the management of medical resources.
1. Role and Background
We managed the full UX/UI design cycle, encompassing user flow definition and interactive prototyping. The project was developed in collaboration with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts and development teams, adopting an agile/scrum approach to ensure rapid iterations and continuous value delivery.2. Approach and study
The process was initiated with the mapping of interactions through detailed UX flows. We then proceeded to create functional wireframes and high-fidelity mockups in Adobe XD. Each screen was designed to ensure visual consistency and ease of use, with a particular focus on critical touchpoints for the user.3. Prototyping and testing
Iterative usability testing guided the refinement of the UI, allowing us to make concrete improvements before final delivery.4. Result
The new management system has simplified the handling of medical requests, significantly improving the internal use of the system. The design is straightforward yet sophisticated, enhancing operational efficiency and improving patient access to information. This project illustrates how user-centred design can directly impact the efficiency of complex processes.
